That's just my opinion.Įdit 2: I tried the 6.20 and 6.00 versions of Options software and I encountered the blank screen issue on that as well. The same can not be said when I connect my mouse to my laptop where all. I think it's the Options Software itself. The biggest issue I have with this is that all the commands that I have implemented on to my MX Master 3 mouse are not accessible, I can no longer use the thumb scroll wheel in the way that I wish and the remaining buttons have also resorted back to their default actions. I used the latest version 6.30.80 first.Įdit 1: I just did this for the 2nd new mouse, also a M510, I bought and I'm still getting the same issue. Someone suggested that I try an older version of Options, but I still encountered the same thing. I close it out, and now I just get a blank screen with the Logitech logo on the bottom of the window. Your Wireless Mouse M510 has been successfully paired." I click Done and it takes me back to Add a device section. 'Ill just change the settings in Logitech Options.' Only to find that the app wouldnt load on my Windows 10 machine, resulting in the blank window you see screen-captured above. Anyway, I click Add Devices, then I have to go back to Logitech Unifying Software > Advanced, then I unpaired my mouse, then back to Options window > Add Unifying Device, turn it back on, and says "Pairing completed. A few months ago, I was chagrined to learn that my keyboard had spontaneously returned to factory settings. Please be sure your devices are connected and turned on." Well, my M510 mouse is already connected, turned on, and paired, so I don't know why it does that. I think it does like a little scan and then it says "No devices detected. Wireless Mouse M510." Alright, so I downloaded the Logitech Options for Windows 7 and I open the executable file, it extracts files, and then it brings me to another window. Visit the official website to download the latest Logitech Options installer. When the installer ask you to plug in the webcam, plug it in. Download and then install the logitech webcam software from its website. Double-click Logitech Options to uninstall. Uninstall the webcam driver through device manager. Type or paste control appwiz.cpl and press Enter. On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time to invoke the Run box. Please use the Logitech Options app to customize settings for these devices. First you need to uninstall Logitech Options. Logitech SetPoint does not support all of the Logitech devices connected to your system. I thought the Mouse and Keyboard Settings is where I change the settings for my mouse buttons, but that doesn't seem to be the case because when I open it, it says "New software available. I have already plugged in the Unifying Receiver and all the drivers got downloaded and installed successfully and said it's ready to use. I downloaded the Mouse and Keyboard Settings, Logitech Unifying Software, and the Logitech Options.
